Both our Freeman suite and Wilde suite are available to hire for weddings and private functions. Our friendly and professional staff will ensure your guests enjoy your big day as much as you do. Room Hire We cater for events which include a meal – either a formal sit down meal, or a buffet style meal. At the discretion of the management, these suites may be available for hire where no food is required. Please ask for further details. When booking a wedding or function with a sit down meal no room hire charge will apply. A room charge will apply to wedding and function bookings with a buffet-style meal. There will be no room charge for wedding receptions booked with formal sit down meals and then followed by an evening reception, which includes a buffet style menu. A room charge will apply for evening receptions that do not include a sit down meal.
Please ask to see the room plan diagrams for details of room layouts, capacity, dimensions and facilities. Menu, buffet and drinks To provide you with more flexibility we have produced a Menu Selector which is comprised of a selection of dishes for each course. Simply choose one dish from each course to make up your package price. This also applies to buffet-style bookings and drinks. You can choose a reception drink, wine to compliment your meal and a glass of champagne or sparkling wine for the toast. Please do not hesitate to ask for further details regarding the menus, or let us know if you have any special dietary requirements, as these can be catered for with prior notice. A children's menu is also available. Entertainment Guests may arrange their own entertainment. However, La Brasserie will need to be advised as to the type of entertainment in order to confirm whether it is acceptable. We recommend you discuss this with us in further detail before booking your entertainment. Alternatively, we are happy to arrange the entertainment on your behalf at acceptable rates. |
