We charge for our room hire by the day or half days, as required. A full day is from 9.00am – 6.00pm and half a day is either 9.00am – 1.00pm or
2.00pm – 6.00pm. Flexibility within these periods can be allowed at the management's discretion. Please contact us for further details and prices.
Equipment
The following equipment may be included with no extra charge:
1 flipchart or whiteboard plus pens and paper for delegates.
The following equipment may be hired at an additional charge:
Overhead projector + Microphone video camera
LCD Projector + video recorder and television monitor.
A variety of other equipment may be available upon request.
Conference Refreshments
A buffet lunch can be served in the conference suite. A hot buffet includes one hot dish with appropriate condiments, served with a selection of salads and cold meats, followed by a selection of desserts. The cold buffet is comprised of a selection of sandwiches, savouries, crisps and a basket of fruit. Alternatively, you can dine in our own restaurant and choose from our Table D’Hote menu.
Drinks are available from the bar on a chargeable basis. Special dietary requirements can be catered for with prior notice.
Please note that our restaurant is open in the evening from 7.00pm, serving a choice of A La Carte or table D’Hote menus. Delegates wishing to dine in the restaurant should book in advance to avoid disappointment.
Bookings
La Brasserie will require a full written confirmation to secure reservations for conferences, weddings and functions.
A deposit of 25% will be required to secure a reservation in the absence of pre-arranged credit facilities. Payment in full will be required 14 days prior to the day of arrival.
